Name:Potato soup with sour cream
Recipe: Ingredients:
30 decagrams potatoes
50 grams flour
50 grams onions
25 grams garlic
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
1 deciliter sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Directions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into tiny cubes.
Cut the onion to the smallest size possible and fry it in a little oil on low heat.
Add flour to the onions and oil. Then add this mixture to 7.5 deciliters of lukewarm water, and sauté.
Add potatoes, tomato sauce, and pepper. Boil for another 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
